On February 2nd 2015 Brody's was started under a pop up tent along the side of the road. From that modest spark our passion for BBQ and scratch made Mac n Cheese has grown to a fleet of trailers with the capabilities of cooking for tens of thousands of people per day.

Year after year Brody's is invited to some of the biggest fairs and festivals in the country. Our name rings true as the annual choice for corporate events and large scale catering for several Fortune 500 companies.
